Important Notice Regarding Highmark Medicare Advantage Plans
We are aware that some patients have received letters from Highmark regarding changes to its Medicare Advantage provider network.
Northeastern Gastroenterology Associates has contacted Highmark multiple times and has been advised that our providers should not be affected by these changes. However, we are awaiting additional written clarification from Highmark.
We understand that these letters may cause confusion and concern. Our office is actively working with Highmark to clarify the situation and will provide updates as additional information becomes available.
Patients with questions about their coverage are encouraged to contact our office.
Accepted Insurance Plans
Northeastern Gastroenterology Associates and Mountain Laurel Surgery Center accepts most major insurances. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance carrier for you; however, we cannot tell you what your policy will cover. Since your insurance policy and coverage is between you and your carrier, we urge you to contact them prior to your office visit or procedure. You will be responsible for any co-pays and/or deductibles. We accept cash, check or credit card.
